Anxi County, Fujian Province produces the highest quality Tieguanyin Tea in China. This tea is from the original Tieguanyin tea tree breed “Red Heart Guanyin”. The authentic breed and place of origin ensure this tea a typical “Guanyin flavour” and the character of “Green leaves with red edges”. This tea is of the traditional fermentation level.

Steeping directions: Gongfu Cha Style with multiple brews. Use hot water rinse tea quickly then discard. The 1st brew: 5g tea with 100ml hot water (best temperature 100°C), sit for 40 seconds. The 2nd brew takes 10 seconds, then add 5 seconds each brew after that.
