As one of the Top 10 Chinese Tea, Longjing enjoys high reputation in both China and overseas. We know different environment including soil, water, weather, etc. produces different qualities such as taste, aroma, color for even the same breed tea bushes, thus only West Lake Longjing qualifies as one of the Top 10 Chinese Tea. Despite its high demand, the production is rather limited. Our West Lake Longjing is the top grade among all the varieties of Longjing teas, it is from the hill beside West Lake, which is the authentic origin. This West Lake Longjing tea is used as the standard sample by Canada Tea Institute for teaching purposes.
